If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use LifeDesk.
If you use LifeDesk on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Additional terms or notices may apply to specific features, including the LifeDesk Health area, connected bank accounts, app-store purchases and the AI Assistant.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a LifeDesk account.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms;
- you will use LifeDesk in compliance with applicable law;
- you will keep your account information up to date.
LifeDesk is not intended for use by children under 16.
4. LifeDesk Service
LifeDesk is an all-in-one life and business management platform that may include features for:
- tasks and goals;
- calendars and events;
- notes and documents;
- projects and clients;
- business organization;
- time tracking;
- financial organization;
- assets;
- health and fitness;
- learning, hobbies and relationships;
- connected bank accounts;
- AI-assisted organization and analysis.
Features may differ depending on:
- the selected subscription plan;
- the user’s country or region;
- device and operating system;
- technical availability;
- third-party provider availability;
- applicable laws and app-store requirements.
We may introduce, change, improve or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where required by law.
5. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to LifeDesk.
You must notify us promptly at support@lifedesk.me if you suspect:
- unauthorized account access;
- loss or disclosure of login credentials;
- misuse of your account;
- another security incident affecting LifeDesk.
You must not share your account with unauthorized persons or attempt to access another user’s account.
6. Free and Paid Plans
LifeDesk may offer the following plans:
- Free
- Plus
- Pro
The current features and limitations of each plan are displayed on the LifeDesk pricing page or during checkout.
The Free plan may be subject to limits relating to storage, features, usage or access to external services.
Paid plans may include additional functionality such as expanded usage, connected financial accounts or access to the AI Assistant.
We may offer free trials, promotional pricing or introductory offers. Any special conditions and the date on which paid billing begins will be shown before purchase.
7. Prices and Taxes
The applicable subscription price is displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, consumer prices are displayed as final prices including applicable taxes.
LifeDesk currently intends to offer plans at prices such as:
- Plus: USD 9 per month
- Pro: USD 19 per month
The actual price, billing currency, applicable tax and payment terms shown during checkout take precedence.
Currency conversion charges, bank charges or payment-provider fees imposed by the user’s bank or payment provider are the user’s responsibility.
For business customers, applicable VAT rules, including reverse-charge treatment, may apply where a valid VAT identification number is provided and verified.
8. Payment Providers and App Stores
Subscriptions may be purchased:
- directly through LifeDesk using Stripe;
- through the Apple App Store;
- through Google Play;
- through another payment method shown during checkout.
Where a subscription is purchased through Apple or Google:
- the purchase is also subject to the relevant app-store terms;
- billing is handled by the applicable app-store operator;
- subscription management, cancellation and refund requests may need to be completed through the app store;
- app-store rules may prevail for payment processing and refunds.
LifeDesk generally does not receive complete payment-card details.
9. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed subscription price and applicable taxes for each renewal period.
The renewal date and current subscription status are displayed in your account or by the applicable app store.
Apple describes auto-renewable subscriptions as continuing until the user cancels them, while Google requires an accessible online method for subscription cancellation.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time.
Unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise:
- cancellation stops future renewals;
- access to paid features continues until the end of the already paid billing period;
- the account may then be moved to the Free plan;
- cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Direct LifeDesk subscriptions may be cancelled through the subscription settings.
Apple subscriptions must be managed through the user’s Apple subscription settings.
Google Play subscriptions must be managed through Google Play or through the cancellation link provided in LifeDesk.
Deleting a LifeDesk account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Users should cancel an app-store subscription before deleting their LifeDesk account.
11. EU and EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online subscription contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the date the subscription contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact:
Your message should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the subscription contract and should identify the relevant LifeDesk account.
Where you expressly request that a paid service begin during the withdrawal period, applicable law may permit us to charge a proportionate amount for services already provided.
Different procedures may apply where the purchase was completed through Apple or Google. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The EU generally provides a 14-day cooling-off period for online service contracts, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions.
12. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated during checkout, subscription payments are non-refundable after the applicable billing period has begun.
We may provide refunds voluntarily or where:
- a duplicate payment occurred;
- an incorrect amount was charged;
- the service was materially unavailable due to a fault attributable to LifeDesk;
- applicable consumer law requires a refund.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to the relevant app-store refund procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights concerning defective digital content or digital services.
13. User Content
“User Content” means information that you enter, upload, store or create through LifeDesk, including:
- tasks and goals;
- notes and documents;
- financial and health information;
- business and client information;
- photographs and files;
- AI prompts and conversations;
- other content associated with your account.
You retain ownership of your User Content.

- provide LifeDesk;
- synchronize content;
- create backups;

14. Your Responsibilities for User Content
You are responsible for User Content you enter or upload.
You must ensure that:
- you have the right to use and store the content;
- the content does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights;
- personal data about other people is entered only where legally permitted;

- malicious software;
- content intended to facilitate fraud or unauthorized access;
- content that violates another person’s privacy or confidentiality;
- content promoting violence, exploitation or serious illegal activity.
We may remove or restrict unlawful content where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect LifeDesk and its users.
15. Business Users and Third-Party Data
LifeDesk may allow business users to store information about clients, employees, contractors, suppliers and other persons.
Where you determine why and how such personal data is processed, you may act as the data controller and AGENCY BRAUN EOOD may act as a data processor.
You are responsible for:
- having a lawful basis for entering and using third-party data;
- providing required privacy information;
- responding to affected persons where applicable;
- using appropriate account and access controls;
- ensuring that authorized users comply with these Terms.
A separate Data Processing Agreement may apply where required.
16. Health Features
The LifeDesk Health area is optional and requires Health Data Consent before use.
LifeDesk Health is intended to help users organize and track information. It is not:
- a healthcare provider;
- a medical device;
- a diagnostic service;
- an emergency service;
- a substitute for a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
LifeDesk does not guarantee that health-related information, calculations, summaries or AI responses are medically accurate or complete.
You should seek professional medical assistance for medical questions and contact the appropriate emergency services in an emergency.
Withdrawing Health Data Consent disables the Health area and initiates deletion of the stored Health-area data as described in the Privacy Policy and Health Data Privacy Policy.
17. Financial Features and Connected Accounts
LifeDesk financial features are intended for organization and information purposes.
LifeDesk does not provide:
- banking services;
- investment advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- credit advice;
- regulated financial advice.
Information displayed in LifeDesk may be delayed, incomplete or incorrectly categorized.
Connected bank accounts depend on third-party banks and open-banking providers. Availability may vary, and connections may temporarily fail or require renewed authorization.
You are responsible for checking important balances, transactions, tax information and financial decisions against authoritative records.
18. AI Assistant
The LifeDesk AI Assistant may generate responses based on:
- your prompt;
- previous AI conversation context;
- selected or authorized LifeDesk data;
- information made available through the relevant AI provider.
AI-generated responses may be:
- incorrect;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
The AI Assistant does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax or investment advice.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or using it for important decisions.
The AI Assistant may not be used to:
- facilitate illegal activity;
- create malware or gain unauthorized system access;
- violate third-party rights;
- process third-party confidential information without authorization;
- impersonate another person deceptively;
- make prohibited automated decisions about another person.
Usage limits may apply depending on the subscription plan, technical capacity and fair-use requirements.
19. Intellectual Property
LifeDesk and its components, excluding User Content, are owned by AGENCY BRAUN EOOD or its licensors.
This includes:
- software and source code;
- website and application design;
- databases and data structures;
- branding and trademarks;
- texts, graphics and illustrations;
- feature names and documentation.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use LifeDesk for its intended purposes.
You may not:
- copy or redistribute LifeDesk except where permitted by law;
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit access to LifeDesk;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove proprietary notices;
- use automated tools to overload or scrape the service;
- use LifeDesk to develop a competing service through unauthorized extraction of content, data or functionality.
20. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable access to LifeDesk but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- security incidents;
- infrastructure failures;
- third-party outages;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. For material changes to paid features, we will provide notice where required and respect applicable consumer rights.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to:
- protect account or system security;
- investigate suspected fraud or abuse;
- prevent unlawful activity;
- address a serious breach of these Terms;
- comply with a legal requirement;
- prevent harm to users or third parties.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
22. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your LifeDesk account:
- in the LifeDesk settings;
- through the in-app deletion function;
- through
https://lifedesk.me/delete-account/; - by contacting privacy@lifedesk.me.
Account deletion permanently removes access to the account and initiates deletion of associated User Content, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup periods described in the Privacy Policy.
Apple requires apps supporting account creation to permit users to initiate account deletion within the app, while Google Play additionally requires a public web route for requesting deletion.
23. Third-Party Services
LifeDesk relies on third-party services, including:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- payment providers;
- app stores;
- email providers;
- open-banking providers;
- AI infrastructure providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for an independent third party’s acts or systems where they are outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
24. Statutory Rights and Conformity
Consumers may have mandatory rights if LifeDesk does not conform to the contract or does not work as reasonably expected.
Depending on applicable law, remedies may include:
- correction of the service;
- restoration of conformity;
- a price reduction;
- termination of the contract;
- reimbursement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
EU consumer protection also applies to digital content and services such as subscriptions and cloud storage.
25. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where legally applicable;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- intentional misconduct;
- mandatory consumer guarantees;
- other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, LifeDesk is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity;
- decisions made solely on AI-generated, health-related or financial information;
- losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data;
- outages or failures caused by independent third-party providers;
- unauthorized access caused by the user’s failure to protect login credentials.
For business users, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the paid LifeDesk service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the affected business user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The preceding financial limitation does not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
26. Indemnification by Business Users
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a business user agrees to indemnify AGENCY BRAUN EOOD against third-party claims resulting from:
- unlawful User Content entered by the business user;
- unauthorized processing of third-party personal data;
- infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights;
- unlawful or fraudulent use of LifeDesk;
- a material breach of these Terms by the business user.
This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

- changes to LifeDesk;
- new legal requirements;
- security needs;
- changes to third-party services;
- changes to subscription features.
The current version and update date will be published on the LifeDesk website.
Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through email, the application or another appropriate method before they take effect where required by law.
If a change materially disadvantages a paid consumer, the consumer may have a right to terminate the contract under applicable law.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
29. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
We encourage users to contact us first at:
so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
For business users, the competent courts in Burgas, Bulgaria, shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
Consumers may bring claims before the courts available under mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore not referenced in these Terms.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to achieve a lawful result consistent with its original purpose.
31. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Health Data Privacy Policy and any specific checkout or feature terms, form the agreement governing your use of LifeDesk.
